Supplied flash fried, frozen and ready for cooking, approx. 100g per unit 40 pieces per 4kg box.
Cooking instructions: For best results, deep fry at 175°C from frozen for approx. 4 minutes till golden brown, or bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12 minutes. Microwave not recommended.
